Internet
Includes News/Events Items, New & Edited Content Reports, Search, Links Management, Disclaimer, Contact Us Form, Privacy Policy and Opening Page Configuration. See additional modules below for more functionality.

Intranet or Extranet
Includes Messaging, News/Events Items, My Documents, New & Edited Content Reports, Most Requested Documents, Profiles with specific menu configurations, Email Updates. See additional modules below for more functionality.

Community Provides searchable display of community resources covering community centres, events, libraries, parks, picnic and wedding areas, recreation services, dog pound, business directory and a local directory of community groups with mail merge facilities. Each database includes a display of detailed information including photos where applicable. Browser based administration of Community Databases available at no extra charge.  Static web pages are also provided on an as needed basis for example: facts, kids information, history, tourist attractions etc at an additional charge. A full content editor is available within Council Web for customisation of these sections in-house.
Business Directory Full featured Business Directory with searching and administration facilities. Includes user driven registration and business listing maintenance with Council approval.
Meeting Minutes/Agendas  Provides a comprehensive system for indexing meeting minutes and agendas, with on line searching and display.
Surveys Provides for generation of surveys, both on line and paper based. Multi question with multi choice or text responses. Automatic collation and reporting of survey results, display in text and graphic form on Intranet and Internet sites. Provides access level based restrictions with web-based administration. Export of survey data for Excel and other applications. Databases such as ratepayers, libraries, records, financial can be selected to create survey list selections.
Employment Provides a Human Resources database of jobs with the ability to apply search and apply for positions on-line.
Tenders Council Tenders can be administrated through this unique database, and users can search and apply (with built in free mail security restrictions) for Tender documents on-line. Tender Announcement Lists are also provided for users to be notified and special Tender Groups can be maintained.
Works Provides a listing of Council works and a database for administration of these by relevant staff.
Planning Projects Manage public notice of planning applications, with provision for online public comment.
Staff Directory A database of staff that cross-references existing user lists. Has the ability to display specific staff details and absentee status.
E-Commerce Provides true e-commerce billing, accepting all major credit cards with on line validation and crediting of your bank account. Suitable for use with rates receipts, document sales and other income areas.
Statistics Provides reports on your Internet site via Webtrends Log Analyzer, Intranet and Extranet sites via a host of custom built reports.
Graphical Design & Image Customisation Corporate Image Design. This develops an image for your organisation not only for web based communications but visual and print mediums.
